EXAMPLES FOR LEISURE COACHING OVER A LONGER PERIOD:

Weekly leisure programmes guided with sport trainers, in arrangement with your company. Our wide-ranging offer as archery, running drills, soccer training, volleyball training, basketball training, bowling, tennis tournament, slack lining, skiing, snowboarding, and more, keeps your trainees next to work physically and mentally fit.

Our Challenge Ropes Course is equipped with floor and high elements in order to provide a perfectly designed area for team development. We do without a self-belay parcours, which steps the individual success into the limelight. We put our focus on elements on which participants are only successful if they help and secure each other as a team.

"Challenge by choice". This contains getting to know your own limits as well as the limits of all other participants. Everyone is in charge of his/her own challenge level.

This makes everyone an active member of the ongoing group process.

LOW ELEMENTS

Problem solving, recognise the technically background, and under time pressure. Thereby will be seen respective roles within the group. The transfer into workaday routine consists also of- „how do I deal with mistakes, stick to them, do I deny them, is it someone else fault,…..- and how do I deal with the consequences”. To realise these consequences can be a further important aim.

HIGH ELEMENTS:

Targets like reduce fear of contact, managing together, improve communication, improvement of personal value, trust in your self and some one else, are part of high elements. Thereby fun is an important component.
