Our Challenge Ropes Course is equipped with floor and high elements in order to provide a perfectly designed area for team development. We do without a self-belay parcours, which steps the individual success into the limelight. We focus on elements where participants are only successful if they help and secure each other as a team.

One of the most important principles, we work with is called "Challenge by choice". This contains getting to know your own limits as well as the limits of all other participants. Everyone is in charge of his/her own challenge level. This makes everyone an active member of the ongoing group process.

In combination with the ropes course we also offer sport specific training blocks, coordinated with your trainers.

Depending on the actual phase of training of the team, it is possible to bring out units with the following main subjects:

Strenght: speed strenght, strength endurance,…
Speed:  speed of movement, speed of reaction, ……
Coordination:  General and specific coordination
Flexibility:  Stretching
